Using the app

Gildnight is a personal sleep-awareness and alarm app for compatible iPhone and Apple Watch devices. Use it as intended, keep devices charged and allow the permissions needed for the features you choose. Do not use the app to record others without their knowledge and any permission required where you are.

Tracking and wake-window features depend on device settings, available signals, permissions and power. The app does not guarantee exact readings, detection of every sound, an uninterrupted service or a particular sleep outcome. Nothing here limits the consumer rights described below.

Free features and Plus

Core features are free. Gildnight Plus is an optional one-time in-app purchase, with no subscription. Australian pricing is A$39.99, with A$29.99 planned for launch. The App Store shows the applicable price and currency before you confirm.

The optional 14-day free trial does not automatically turn into a paid purchase. Free features continue after it ends. Purchases, restoration and refunds are handled through the App Store under its applicable terms. A refunded or revoked purchase ends Plus access.

Your data and choices

You keep control of your local nights and files. The Privacy Policy explains the permissions, optional connections, exports and deletion controls. Protect any backups, exports or clips you save outside the app.

Only send information you have the right to share. You are responsible for any content you choose to send to support or share elsewhere.

Website and launch news

Website demonstrations show illustrative nights and wake-ups. They are not live app measurements. Launch dates and planned pricing may change before release.

If you ask for launch news, use your own email address. You can ask to leave the list at any time by writing to [email protected].

App and website materials

The Gildnight name, artwork, design and app content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the press kit to report on Gildnight. Do not sell, misrepresent or redistribute the app as your own.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian or New Zealand consumer law. Contact [email protected] if the app does not work as described. App Store refund tools are also available.

Updates

Gildnight may receive updates as devices and systems change. New versions of these terms will be posted here with a new date. Material changes to a purchase or to information you have sent us will be handled in line with applicable law.
